How to add a user group in the SmartOAS system?
Steps (Add User Group):
- Navigate to ‘User Management > Manage User Groups’ from the sidebar.
- Click on the ‘Add User Group’ button in the top right corner.
- A modal window will be popped up with a form containing the following fields:
- ‘Group Title’,
- ‘Group Definition’,
- ‘Status’,
- ‘Activation Start Date’,
- ‘Activation End Date’
- Fill all the required fields and then click on the ‘Save’ button. If not, then click on the ‘Close’ button.
